These special conditions can stipulate that they take precedence over these Conditions. These Conditions were last amended on 29 January 2008.

The copyright in and other intellectual property rights to the text, illustrations and other protected material on the Site rest with Buma and/or Sena and the rightholders of that material respectively. Buma and Sena are respectively an association and a foundation under Dutch law. By visiting the Buma and Sena Site, you agree to the application of Dutch law on disputes resulting therefrom and with judgments from the competent Dutch courts on comments, complaints and so forth in connection with visting of the Site.
